위의 절차를 모두 완료했음에도 아래 화면으로 이동되지 않는 경우, 다음과 같은 이유일 수 있습니다.

입력한 학번이 정확하지 않거나, 학번 혹은 이메일 주소 앞뒤에 공백이 포함된 경우
입력한 이메일 주소가 학교 시스템에 등록된 주소와 다른 경우(대소문자 확인 필요)

학번과 이메일 주소를 다시 한 번 정확히 확인해 주시기 바랍니다. 확인 후에도 문제가 계속된다면, 아래 양식에 맞춰 담당자 이메일로 보내 주십시오. 학생 정보가 학교 시스템에 다시 등록되면 담당자가 확인 이메일을 발송할 것이며, 그 후 비밀번호 찾기를 다시 진행하시면 됩니다. 이메일 제목 : 학번 + 학생이름(예: 22212555 홍길동) 이메일 내용: 영문명: 학번: 휴대폰 번호: 이메일 주소: 담당자 이메일: zhuyongde@dyu.ac.kr If you have completed all the steps above but still cannot proceed to the next page, it may be due to the following reasons:

비밀번호를 잊어버렸을 때 즉시 찾을 수 있도록, 반드시 개인 이메일과 전화번호를 학교 시스템에 빠르게 등록하시기 바랍니다. 등록 방법은 다음과 같습니다: 학교 웹사이트 접속: www.dyu.ac.kr

1. 홈페이지에서 "학사인트라넷"을 찾아 클릭합니다.

2. ID란에 학번을, PW란에 비밀번호를 입력합니다. 초기 비밀번호는 생년월일 6자리(형식: YYMMDD, 예: 2000년 11월 15일생 학생은 001115)입니다. 이미 변경한 경우에는 변경된 비밀번호를 입력합니다.

3. 학번과 비밀번호 입력 후 "로그인" 클릭

4. "개인정보조회" 클릭

5. "신상정보조회" 클릭

6. "E-mail"란에 본인이 주로 사용하는 이메일 주소 입력

7. "휴대폰번호"란에 본인 한국 휴대폰 번호 입력

8. "저장" 클릭하여 정보 저장

**이메일 주소나 전화번호가 변경될 경우, 반드시 학교 웹사이트에 로그인하여 정보를 최신으로 업데이트하시기 바랍니다.

To ensure that you can promptly recover your password if you forget it, please enter your personal email address and phone number into the school system as soon as possible. The steps are as follows:

1. Log in to the school website: www.dyu.ac.kr

2. On the homepage, find "학사인트라넷" and click to enter.

3. Enter your student ID in the ID field and your password in the PW field. The initial password is your 6-digit date of birth (format: YYMMDD; for example, if your birthday is November 15, 2000, the password is 001115). If you have already changed your password, please enter your updated password.

4. After entering your student ID and password, click "로그인".

5. Find and click "개인정보조회".

6. Click "신상정보조회".

7. Enter your frequently used email address in the "E-mail" field.

8. Enter your Korean mobile phone number in the "휴대폰번호" field.

9. Click "저장" to save your information.

KR : 신입생 오리엔테이션(OT) 기간에 학교는 모든 학생에게 8자리 숫자로 구성된 학번을 부여합니다. 각 학생은 반드시 학번을 잘 기억하고 안전하게 보관하시기 바랍니다. 학사 운영, 수업 수강 및 졸업 후 재학·졸업 증명서 발급 등 모든 절차에서 학번이 필요합니다. OT에 참석하지 못한 학생은 여권을 지참하고 국제교류원으로 학번을 받으러 오시기 바랍니다.

US: During the New Student Orientation (OT), the university will assign each student an 8-digit student ID number. Please make sure to remember it and keep it safe. This ID number will be required for course registration, academic administration, and for obtaining enrollment or graduation certificates after graduation. Students who are unable to attend the OT should bring their passport to the International Exchange Office to receive their student ID.

VN：Trong buổi Định hướng tân sinh viên (OT), nhà trường sẽ cấp cho mỗi sinh viên một mã số sinh viên gồm 8 chữ số. Vui lòng ghi nhớ và giữ gìn cẩn thận mã số này. Mã số này sẽ được sử dụng cho việc học tập, quản lý học vụ, cũng như xin các loại giấy xác nhận đang học hoặc tốt nghiệp sau khi ra trường. Sinh viên nào không thể tham dự OT, vui lòng mang hộ chiếu đến Văn phòng Hợp tác Quốc tế để nhận mã số sinh viên.
